RETURNS
Please email orders@cornelia.com with any questions about returns.
Returns and exchanges are accepted on items that are unopened, damaged or contain at least 80% of the original product. All claims should be done within 30 days of purchase and should be sent prepaid. We will do a refund or do an exchange. Pending return approval, all refunds will be given in the same method of original payment. We will credit the value of the merchandise total and any taxes you were charged. Shipping and handling is not refundable.
Merchandise purchased online cannot be returned to the Cornelia Spa.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES PROCEDURES
1. Before sending out your return/exchange package, please click "Your Account" to log in and locate the appropriate order under "Order History". Scroll down to "Create Return Request", select the items and reasons for the return and click "Create". Click the assigned RMA# to print a return slip.
2. Please write very visibly your RMA # on the outside of the package.
3. Include a copy of the return slip with your package.
4. Pack and securely seal the merchandise in the original package if possible.
